Tambo?

My formal name is Tammy Courson, but "Tambo" is a nick name that has stuck with me since I was a kid. Once my husband began using it many years ago, it's been with me for life and I love it.

I've been blessed to travel to different parts of the world and I've shared glimpses of this on my website.

I live in my favorite little town of Jacksonville, Oregon.

I'm TAMBO to my husband Jon, who I've been married to since 1985

You touch any of my loved ones and I become RAMBO! 😂

I'm a believer in looking at all the beauty God has created in this world and looking to that Creator to find strength, direction, and any and everything I'm lacking.

One of my all time favorite and "go-to" portions in the Bible is found in Philippians:

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these thing.
— Philippians 4:6-8

This has been life changing for me!

I've found God to be a faithful and loving Father and He has done ABOVE and BEYOND all I could ask or think.

Even when I have faced hard or challenging times, He has turned even that into something useful and good the way only HE can.

I delight myself in the Lord (not a hard thing to do) and he HAS given me the desires of my heart!
(Psalms 37:4)

My goal and desire in life is to shine! ☀️
To be a loving person.

And to make the most of this beautiful and glorious life I've been given.

I'm blessed you took the time to read through this and hope you enjoy my website!
